Planning a destination wedding from across the country was a huge task and I couldn't have done it without them. They calmed my nerves, dealt with difficult vendors on my behalf, addressed my concerns with professionalism, offered design recommendations (they have impeccable taste), were proactive about keeping planning on track, and allowed me and my husband to be fully immersed in the day. I will recommend them over and over again.
Working with Amanda and her team was fantastic! Wedding planning doesn’t have to be stressful or hard. We were able to truly enjoy the day because Everson Events took care of every detail. One of the things that I appreciated most was the communication. They always responded in a timely manner and was always very clear on who was responsible for what. Let me just start by saying, hire Amanda! Do not question it, do not wonder if its worth the money, cut the budget somewhere else and get on her schedule!! She is one of the best decisions I made in my wedding planning process. She is professional, calm, kind and sooo organized. The month before the wedding Amanda and I had a few video chats to discuss details and share information. Beyond that she just ran with everything and relieved so so much stress! I had a lot of moving parts to my wedding as we got married at the top of a gondola an she did not miss a beat! She helped my entire vision come to life by assisting with table design/set up, decoration placement, bridal party instruction and vendor coordination. Thanks to the Everson Events Team, myself, my husband and my parents were all able to relax and enjoy the day without a worry of how it was all going to happen!
Amanda is INCREDIBLE! If you need a wedding planner or coordinator you MUST hire her! She's one of the reasons our wedding went better than we could've even imagined. Amanda is super organized, friendly, and hard working. She did a great job coordinating our vendors and helping to work out sticky situations. Hiring Amanda was the best investment we could've made for our wedding. I highly recommend Everson Events if you need an event coordinator!
