I’m excited to finally share the photos from Aciana and Zach’s beautiful Spring wedding! Aciana is a dear friend of mine, and I’m always so grateful to my friends who entrust me with their wedding days. She booked our Month-of Coordination package, which allowed us to touch base on the final details of their day and then we coordinated the set-up, timeline and vendor management, and tear-down plans. This is such a helpful way to plan ahead so that on your special day you know that absolutely everything is taken care of and all that you need to do is enjoy your moment.

Aciana and Zach started the day with their ceremony in Draper, Utah at the Draper Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Temple. After the ceremony, we headed to the beautiful Timpanogos Bowery Park to celebrate the rest of their wedding day. Spring in Utah can be unpredictable when it comes to weather, but this afternoon in Provo canyon was absolutely stunning! There was a gorgeous path lined with flowering trees, and we were surrounded by spring blooms that blew across the grass like snow (and made me sneeze all day, thank you Utah).

Back in college, Aciana and Zach were coworkers for over a year before Aciana made the first move. They went to Wallaby’s Smokehouse for their first date, so naturally, they had their BBQ lunch catered by the restaurant that started it all. This woodsy wedding was casual and cozy. The BBQ lunch was followed by some photos among the trees, then milk, cookies and dancing with their closest family and friends. The night ended with an early confetti send-off. Not every couple dreams of an extravagant, formal wedding, and I love to see the personalities of my clients come out as I experience their wedding day with them. Aciana and Zach planned a perfect day full of nostalgic food, their favorite people, and a speaker with music to dance to. It was such an honor to help this couple bring their wedding day to life.
