Annie + Oliver — Provo City Center Temple + Springville Art Museum

Annie and Oliver are old souls.

They are lovers of retro and vintage. Incredibly, these two met on a dating app, of all places. They immediately bonded over a shared love of photography and have been inseparable ever since. When it came time to plan a wedding, both Annie and Oliver wanted their fall wedding to be unique and meaningful. So much so that they almost eloped! It can be so hard to have a big wedding and keep the focus of your day on what really matters. Annie says that she is glad they decided against eloping. They were able to create a wedding day that was all about them and their unique story, all while being surrounded by all of the people they cherish most.

The wedding ceremony was simple and sweet, surrounded by their closest friends and family. Annie’s bouquet was absolutely breathtaking. All of the florals were beautifully designed by Floral Rhapsody- without a trace of greenery- which is a unique spin for wedding florals . Annie and Oliver chose the Springville Museum of Art as their wedding venue. As their guests enjoyed the art museum during cocktail hour, the newlyweds stepped away to explore the gorgeous grounds with their photographer. It is so important to schedule some time alone for just you and your partner on the wedding day. If you don’t, you end up rushing through the day without taking time to be present with each other and celebrate the marriage you’ve started. I loved that Annie and Oliver took this time to be together.

The reception was full of gorgeous art and vintage décor. You could feel the sweet and authentic love that Annie and Oliver share in every detail. They ordered custom stationery by Rose Blossom Weddings and gorgeous menus to match. The plated dinner from Magleby’s was delicious, and the modern photo booth was an absolute hit among guests. We spent the evening celebrating Annie and Oliver and being surrounded by good food, great people, and beautiful art. I am so glad that they stayed true to themselves and created a day that represented their love.
