10 ways to step away from the chaos

I want you to enjoy this season, so I’m sharing several activities I regularly recommend to client. The key is to do all of them — not just a couple!

1 — Go on a date with your lover.

2 — Put away Pinterest and pull out a book.

3 — Go on a drive, jamming away to your favorite music with the windows down.

4 — Get out in nature and ground yourself.

5 — Have a spa day, at home or at a local business.

6 — Plan a staycation or a road trip.

7 — Take a community class with your soon-to-be spouse (maybe a cooking class or something where you make art to display in your home!)

8 — Learn how to make a new meal together.

9 — Enjoy a workout class or do some yoga or meditation.

10 — Volunteer: One of the best ways to get out of your own head is to serve others in the community!

you’ve got this!

Please know that wherever you are in this process, I am so proud of you. You're DOING THIS! You're planning an incredible celebration and it's going to be beautiful.

Now put it down for a weekend and schedule in some much needed pampering + quality time with your lover. This whole wedding thing is about so much more than the day of celebrations- it's about building a life and a love that lasts.
