Rachel + Hayden | Twenty + Creek Wedding Reception in Salt Lake City
Rachel + Hayden’s wedding day was a beautiful and elegant event that we were lucky to be a part of.
Their day started at the Bountiful Temple in North Salt Lake City. It was a gorgeous day, and the blue skies were the perfect backdrop for this summer wedding. This bountiful temple sits on the side of the Wasatch Front Mountains and was a beautiful location for Rachel and Hayden’s ceremony and family photos.
Between the morning ceremony and the evening’s reception, the newlywed couple and their guests lunched at Rodizio Grill. It was a sweet way to continue to enjoy spending time with the family members and close friends who attended the ceremony.
The Decor
The rest of the wedding day activities were held at Twenty + Creek in Sandy, Utah. We have worked with several events held there, and the chic style never ceases to impress us. It’s always such a treat to watch each couple add their personal touches to the venue, and Rachel and Hayden were no exception.
One of the ways we infused personality into their wedding day was through Hayden’s deep love and talent for golf. We took advantage of Twenty + Creek’s beautiful outdoor space and set up a small putting green for the guests. It was such a fun addition to the day, and the guests loved it. At the end of the night, each guest also took home a printed golf ball with their name on it.
The rest of the decor was a beautiful collection of dusty blues and creamy whites. From the linens to the floral arrangements, every area of the venue was elegantly decorated.
The Dining
For the dinner and dessert aspect of the evening, Rachel and Hayden treated their guests to a delicious dinner catered by Culinary Crafts. They finished off the meal with soda and dessert. It was the perfect refreshment after a warm summer day.
So many aspects of this event were stunning, but what really completed the entire wedding design was the cake. This Utah couple decided on a gorgeous four-tiered beauty covered from top to bottom in white frosting and blue sugared flowers. Each element of this cake was masterfully created by Cassidy from Flour + Flourish. It was the crowning element of the day.
Rachel and Hayden ended their lovely day with a sparkler exit that led to a golf cart. It was decorated with a beautiful floral arrangement and a “just married” sign. Finally, our bride and groom were able to ride off into their future to begin the rest of their lives together. It was such a joy to be a part of this day!
