Through our many years in the wedding industry, we’ve seen couples at every stage of the planning process. Sometimes couples want a planner to work with them from the very start, and sometimes they just need help managing everything at the end of the process- aka coordination services. For wherever you find yourself on the scale, our team has something to offer.
Our packages are broken down into three options: Full Planning and Design, Partial Planning, and Month-of Coordination. Each service is deliberately designed with you in mind. We want you to be able to feel at home with whichever package fits your situation and budget the best.
Full Planning and Design
The Full Planning and Design package is our premium service. We start at the very beginning of the planning process and walk you through each step. This package includes things like booking your venue, selecting which vendors are right for you, sourcing the perfect florals and decor, budget management, and full wedding day coordination, just to name a few. From early engagement to the wedding day, our team takes the lead in handling every detail. On the day of, we will be there to execute all our plans so you can enjoy your big moment.
This service might be for you if you’re newly engaged and haven’t gotten started on any planning but have big ideas that you want to bring to life. It’s also great if you’re in a busy phase of life and can’t take on the added stress of planning your dream wedding or want to be more hands off in the backend work but still involved in all of the decision making. Maybe you have a beautiful vision for your dream wedding but aren’t sure how to pull it off. Whether you fit into any of these categories or not, the full planning and design package is a perfect place to start.
Partial Planning
The Partial Planning service is our most adaptable package. It’s a great fit whether you’ve already started planning or you want to be more actively involved in the process. This service includes things like regular check-ins, assistance booking vendors, logistics coordination, up to 10 hours of day-of execution, and custom wedding timelines. We will be on the same page through the entire project so there’s no room for miscommunication and you’re never left wondering what’s next.
This service might be for you if you are already knee-deep in wedding planning or want a professional’s guidance while still being hands-on in the process. If you want to be more of a co-creator in the planning process, this service allows the best of both worlds while still giving you the wedding you’ve always dreamt of. You get to handle all the fun stuff while we make sure the nitty-gritty details are taken care of.
Month-of Coordination
The Month-of Coordination Package was designed for couples who have already done the bulk of their wedding planning and want an expert’s guidance through executing the final preparations. Regardless of how you’ve felt through the beginning stages of wedding planning, our team will come in and help you to really enjoy the end of the process. From creating the wedding day timeline to finalizing vendor and venue details, we’re excited and ready to help.
This service is something we recommend for ANY couple. Even if you don’t hire a planner, we highly recommend seeking out a coordinator to support you on your wedding day. If you love wedding planning and have had a pretty good grasp on things through the whole process, but you’ve realized that you want to enjoy your wedding day instead of managing it, this package is for you. Our team is easy to work with and extremely organized, so the transition from working solo to letting us join will be completely seamless. Our goal is to take everything out of your brain (you’ve done an amazing job so far!!) and get it on paper so we can lead out in making sure your vendor team is prepped for success and you and your family can focus on being present throughout your celebrations.
