a sophisticated boho wedding day

Lauren and True’s wedding day was filled with significance. These two filled their celebration with references to their time together and their relationship (dessert was catered by their favorite Ruby Snap Cookies), their reverence for the marriage commitment (they provided bomboniera as favors to promote health, wealth, and happiness!), and even their sweet pup, Frankie (who made an appearance on the bar menu of drinks!).

Our goal as a team, is for you to have a day built with intention. Our favorite clients are the ones who understand the understated significance of small touches throughout the decor and the schedule of your wedding day, and Lauren and True were the epitome of intentional.

Their ceremony was held outdoors at Soldier Hollow, which is part of the Utah Olympic Legacy Foundation. They could not have timed their wedding day more perfectly- fall is stunning in Utah as the leaves change, but you never quite know the perfect days before the temperature drops and winter begins. The setting was just right for this adventurous couple (you could even look out over the mountains and see hiking and biking trails surrounding Soldier Hollow as the ceremony took place)

Our favorite part of their day was the unique unity ceremony- the couple combined soil from both their parents’ houses into one container, representing the joining of their families.

There were so many small, but meaningful, details throughout the wedding, largely made possible by Lauren’s smart planning of resources, time, and finances (can you believe she was planning this whole event while also going to dental school?!). These two rented much of their reception and ceremony decor from All About You Rentals and Belfiore Rentals. Lauren was able to handpick what she wanted, and our team took care of setting it all up. This saved time, stress, and money and allowed this couple to have the most beautiful boho rustic wedding without fuss.
